Booking Information
I limit the number of sessions I take each month to ensure a flexible, personalised experience for every family. This also allows me to accommodate unpredictable baby arrival dates. Booking early is recommended to secure your spot and avoid disappointment.
Location
Newborn sessions take place in my beautiful petite studio in Castlepollard, just outside Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. You can also request for your newborn session to be done in your own home if you prefer, so please feel free to discuss this with me. A travel fee will apply to on location sessions. I cover Westmeath, Meath, Longford, Cavan, Offaly and Kildare.
How it Works
1.Consultation
- A quick, friendly chat (by phone or email) to get to know your needs and confirm availability.
- Secure your date with a €150 non-refundable booking fee (deducted from your package).
- No need to choose a package until your Gallery Reveal appointment after the session.
2.Session Preparation
- Receive a detailed prep and style guide, and access to my client wardrobe with beautiful dresses for mothers to wear. Suitable for all shapes & sizes.
- Baby outfits are provided, and my styling guide helps dress the rest of the family with ease.
- Designed to take the stress out of "what to wear," especially for busy new mums.
3.The Session
- Lasts 2-3 hours, allowing time for feeds, cuddles, and capturing natural moments.
- Baby-led photography focused on love, connection, and all the tiny details.
- I schedule your session when you (Mum) feel well & ready, not within a strict timeframe.
- Parents and siblings are included.
- Relax in my cosy studio, where I’ll guide you through family images and you can realax with a coffee while I document all the tender moments of your baby.
4.After the Session / Gallery Reveal
- Two to three weeks later, join me in the studio for your gallery reveal.
- Enjoy an emotional slideshow of your images as you select your favourites, view the products and decide on your package.
- A truly special experience that often brings tears of happiness and love to parents.

- Here you will see the beautiful collections of Albums, Print Keepsake Boxes, Fine Art prints, and Wall Art Frames that I have carefully created to showcase your cherised images for you to enjoy always.
- All products are available to view in the studio. At your gallery reveal I will go through them with you and help you choose what is best for you and most suited to your home.
