My priority during your maternity session is to ensure you feel completely comfortable, empowered, embraced and beautiful. With a range of elegant dresses handpicked just for you, along with personalised styling advice and a nurturing environment, I'll gently guide you through your session as we document the beauty of your motherhood journey.

With a limited number of sessions each month, I ensure that you receive personalised service tailored to your needs and preferences.
During your maternity photoshoot, whether in the comfort of my studio in Castlepollard, Co. Westmeath or your own home, or if you prefer the beauty of outdoors as the sun sets and creates beautiful golden light, my goal is to provide you with a sense of calm and peace. With a keen eye for detail and a gentle approach, I create a space where you can unwind completely, put your trust in me and in yourself and immerse in the wonder of this moment. Maternity sessions can be done solo, or your partner and other children (if any) are welcome to be apart of it too.
I’m thrilled to also offer a truly unique experience that blends the art of maternity photography with a stunning, handcrafted keepsake of your pregnancy. In collaboration with the incredible body sculpture artists, Velvet and The Fox, we have put together an exclusive package designed to celebrate and preserve the beauty of this extraordinary time in your life.

Hi & welcome. I'm Laura,
I’m not here because I’ve always loved cameras. I’m here because I know how important it is to hold onto the moments that matter, especially the ones that pass quickly.
Pregnancy is one of them.
As a Mam myself, I know how much changes in those months. Your body, your emotions, your identity. It can feel overwhelming and exciting all at once and its not always (if ever) comfortable to be in front of a camera.
I bring calm energy, gentle guidance, and a deep respect for what you’re going through. I’ll never expect you to pose a certain way you're not comfortable with or be someone you’re not. My role is to create a space where you feel safe, confident, beautiful and cared for so what we capture feels real.
This is about giving you something honest to look back on, a reminder of where it all began and how incredibly amazing your body is.

What if I'm feeling self-conscious about my body?
My top priority is making sure you feel at ease, I take the time to get to know you and create a relaxed atmosphere where you can be yourself. It's completely natural to feel a bit self-conscious during pregnancy. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, beautiful, and empowered. I will guide you through poses that highlight your best features and celebrate your incredible journey. My client wardrobe also includes flattering dresses that enhance your natural beauty. Remember, this session is about celebrating you and your amazing journey into motherhood.
When is the best time to schedule my maternity session?
The ideal time for a maternity session is between 28 and 34 weeks of pregnancy. During this period, your belly will have a beautiful, round shape, and you are likely to still feel comfortable enough to enjoy the session.
Can my partner and children be included in the session?
Absolutely! I encourage including your partner and children in the session to capture the love and connection of your growing family. These images will be cherished memories that highlight this special time in your lives.
Where will the maternity session take place?
Maternity sessions are held outdoors or in my cosy studio in Castlepollard, just outside Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, Whether you prefer the comfort of an indoor setting or the natural beauty of an outdoor backdrop, we will work together to choose the perfect location that reflects your style and vision. For outdoor sessions I do have private use of beautiful grounds just outside Mullingar, so you never feel on show or uncomfortable.
What will I wear?
You dont need to worry! I provide a beautiful collection of dresses for Mums to use, these are free sizing .
I will also provide you with a full styling guide and offer advise on dressing the rest of your family for your session. Making it all a very effortless experience for you.
